Conferencing and Tradeshows

The Chieftain is host to many regular trade shows, club and society meetings. We are able to accommodate small committee meetings through to large seminars of 100 people or more.

The Juniper Lounge Conservatory is ideal for small meetings of up to 30 people dependent on seating style. It is available for half day or evening hire for £25.00 and £50.00 for a full day's hire.

The Palmerston Suite is much larger and is suitable for meetings, presentations, training days or trade shows. The hire cost is £100.00 per day. Broadband internet access is available. We can supply tea and coffee as required and can provide a set lunch menu if desired.
