Weddings and Functions

The Palmerston Suite has seating for up to 110 - 120 people depending on table layout. The suite has it's own private bar.
Hire of the room is £100, reduced to £50 if more than 50 people attend. This fee is waived if a buffet or set menu is required. A deposit of £50 (or 10% whichever is greater) is required to be paid within 7 days of making a provisional booking to secure the date. Failure to pay the deposit will result in the date being released.

To book a function just make an appointment with one of our function staff who will be delighted to advise you and make the appropriate arrangements for your special event.

If you require any rooms on the night of the function a discount on the room rate will be given.

Entertainment

As there is such a large variation in taste for music we usually leave the booking of bands and discos to the organisers, although we do use Scott's discos on a regular basis and he charges £100 per night. We also have a list of bands who have played at various functions in the past and we will be glad to help if you need any assistance in booking entertainment for your function.
